Well, it's almost the end of the year! 2009 has definitely been an interesting year, one of almost as many downs as ups. However, i won't really get into that until next year. For now, just an update on recent events.

First of all, WINTER BREAK. WOOP WOOP. I'm at my cousin's place right now (and his immensely crappy typo-ridden keyboard). Despite the holidays though, I'm preparing to be brutally slaughtered by my teacher for not turning in a major essay. Or even making a rough drafts. Not even note cards. I'm so dead.
More on school, art project due date is coming up a lot sooner than expected! ....Didn't bring any homework with me. or art supplies. The fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck.

SO. After two years of being a very, very proud wearer of braces, I finally had them taken off around four days ago..or was it five? eh. Anyway, I'm currently adjusting to a retainer which isn't as bad as some people let on. it makes my teeth a bit sensitive and is rather uncomfortable, as well aas gives me a horrible lisp which makes what I say almost beyond recognition, it's not too bad. After keeping it on like a good little bat, it's much more comfortable and my teeth aren't feeling so sensitive anymore. So yay! If I keep up with it, then I'll only have to put them on during the night in around three months. Double yay! Now to survive the mocking that comes along with the package of lisping

SO. Anyone hear of Manly Mens? It looks like it's totally gonna kick ASS But mostly because it already DOES. Because despite the immense amount of PUSSY and SUPER-PUSSY entires [[ sorry Avatar D: ]], it looks like it's gonna head off to quite a start. Tis too late to enroll, sadly, but I recommend you all get your asses in gear and keep an eye on it _{if you have the balls to}! It's definitely different from the typical OCT. Avatar's Esquire and Fluffy's Fran are who I'm keeping an eye on especially Both are awesome characters, with equally awesome and talented creators.

Speaking of OCTs, Blood Sport is gonna start super soon! I intened to join originally, but backed out last minute. Just because. BUT it already looks like it's gonna be a super awesome season two with all the interesting characters in it! so if you haven't already, CHECK. IT. OUT.

One last thing: presents. I'm actually working on a few for a few people and hopefully will not lose motivation on them or give up from the immense weight of EPIC FAIL. If the sketches/inking ever gets done [[ trying to make them awesome dammit ]], then it's guaranteed to be late. Guaranteed.

So yeah. This is going to be my final official journal until after New Year ^^ Quizzes may come, but nothing too major.

A though-provoking game my cousin showed me last night. As I told the people I already personally linked to, the music is gorgeous. The storyline is brilliant. The gameplay, though simple, is very effective.
